Do you want to put on a DJ night, but don't have the equipment -
or the knowledge of how to set up and run equipment from a hire
shop?
iPod Wedding / Party - do you want to save costs by supplying your
own DJ or by using your iPod, but don't want the extra hassle of
collecting / setting up / transporting / returning hire equipment,
or the worry of equipment failure / incorrect setup?
The Solution: Firesound offers
'wet hire', which is where we bring and install sound, lights and
DJ input facilities for your night, instruct as to use if needed,
attend in case of equipment fault / damage / failure and then remove
all equipment at the end of the night.
Sound is available up to 5kW, to include a 6 speaker active system
plus subwoofer - DJ facilities include playout systems for CDs,
laptops and external hard drives plus mixer input facilities for
iPods and turntables / 1210's as required (NB - iPods / turntables
/ scratch mixer not supplied but can be hired in if required).
Lights are high quality
barrel scanners, LED bars and discharge moonflowers as required,
on secure and heavy duty lighting stands; all cables are taped
down / secured as needed. Backup amps, mixers and speakers are
all supplied.
All paperwork required for venues is carried: certificates for
electrical items' safety (PAT) testing, Public Performance Licence
for outdoor events and Public Liability Insurance are all available
for inspection before or at the event.
