When rock or biking persons get hitched, whether a traditional church wedding, civil ceremony, handfasting or civil partnership, it is always... difficult when it comes to the reception to get both the rock music that you like - and the music that the rest of the family like!
Malcolm - known fairly universally as 'Taff' in the biking world - has been riding bikes & rallying for 30 years, was a member of various motorcycle clubs for many years, has played at many biker events with his band 'Slingshot'... and has been DJing bike rallies and rock nights for all of the 21st Century so far!
Please view the 'Rock/Biker' link on the 'Testimonials' page for full details of the many and varied biker events I have DJ'd.
The more usual 'rally DJ' may be Top Man for a rally - but at a wedding you will usually have 3-4 generations of family and friends to consider --- who probably won't want to hear 4 hours of classic rock.
I can play 'traditional' wedding music to start with for the family - and then move onto the rock / metal once they have gone home; or just do a 'rock hour' as you require. As with any other wedding, I will only play the music that you and your guests want to hear.
I carry rock music from 1970 up to present day releases, please view the 'Rock' section on the 'Bands' page for some idea of the range... have a look a this video for example! (Click --> HERE <-- )
Although I can (and do) wear Black Tie or smart dress as the occasion demands - I can of course wear the more traditional biker wear for an informal reception. I will not perform in combat trousers and t-shirt if it's a smart-dress reception!
